Home modifications are conducted by our assigned Occupational Therapist, who performs a Home OT Evaluation, which includes evaluating needs, identifying and implanting solutions, training, and evaluating outcomes. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate your balance, coordination, endurance, safety awareness, strength, attention, problem-solving, vision, communication, and many other functions to determine what modifications you need in your home to accommodate your needs and maintain your safety.
