Sonia Shah is the Chief Executive Officer and Certified Case Manager of Horizon Case Management. Sonia has extensive knowledge of her industry. Sonia developed a commitment to serving individuals with disabilities related to auto accidents, worker’s compensation, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and more. Sonia manages a team of Nurse Case Managers who excel at advocating for their clients and navigating our complex healthcare system. She has devoted her entire life to caring for others and has worked in the healthcare field since age 15. Her biggest inspiration to help others stems from her parents – a doctor and a nurse – who inspire Sonia to continue their passion for healthcare. She has over ten years of experience in pharmaceuticals, mental health, public health, public policy, home health, and nursing.

Sonia enjoys partaking in a variety of sports, such as golf, boxing, and flag football. She loves to travel the world, hike different terrains, donate her time to charity, teach catechism, read about changes in her healthcare industry, and spend time with her friends/family.
